We are passionate about keeping you exercising, running and performing at your best. If you want to improve you performance or have a little niggle that doesn’t seem to be resolving despite previous interventions then out run clinic is for you. We will take a full injury history, assess your mobility, balance and strength and then do a full 2D biomechanical assessment of your running style on our treadmill. We use technology that is leading the market today in sports analysis, and following diagnosis, we will provide treatment strategies to optimise your performance, decrease your pain, and decrease your risk of injury. Athletic Profiling
Performance analysis is a great tool to advance and excel your performance. It provides you with objective feedback to monitor progress, set clear and achievable goals, track these goals and identify areas of weakness and strengths to build on. We offer a bespoke service which will optimise your performance and prevent injury. Following an indebt discussion, we will create an athletic profile, and construct a needs analysis specific to your sport. Following assessment and analysis we will put in place a highly specific and personalised program to develop areas of need, and get you performing to your best ability. We will help you thrive and feel truly alive !

Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning can improve your velocity at VO2max, your running economy, overall sports performance, maximum and reactive strength and prevent injury and falls. Strength and Conditioning is for all levels, of all ages and of all abilities. At Fingal Physiotherapy we hold national certificates in Strength and Conditioning along with being certified in exercise prescription for older adults. The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends that all ages participate in weight bearing exercises, such as Strength and Conditioning at least twice per week.
No matter what your age, level or goals, we will be able to devise the best program for you.
